By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing or using a SNUPAK product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. ABOUT SNUPAK

  • SNUPAK is a consumer storage accessory designed for carrying and storing small personal items.

  • SNUPAK does not manufacture, sell, distribute, market, supply, or provide nicotine products, tobacco products, nicotine pouches, or any other controlled or regulated substances.

  • SNUPAK is sold solely as a storage accessory. Any use of the product with nicotine, tobacco, or other substances is entirely the user's responsibility.

2. PRODUCT USE

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether SNUPAK is suitable for your intended use.

  • SNUPAK must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction.

  • You must not use SNUPAK to store, transport, conceal, or distribute any illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, or otherwise prohibited substance or material.

  • SNUPAK is not intended to be used as protective packaging for hazardous or regulated substances.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any item stored inside SNUPAK is legally permitted to possess, store, and transport.

3. NICOTINE AND TOBACCO DISCLAIMER

  • SNUPAK is not a nicotine or tobacco product.

  • We do not sell nicotine pouches, tobacco, cigarettes, vaping products, or other nicotine products.

  • Any reference to nicotine pouches, tobacco, or related products on our website, social media, advertising, or other communications is for product-use context, demonstration, or informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or sale of those products.

  • We are not responsible for the purchase, possession, storage, transportation, or use of any nicotine or tobacco product placed inside SNUPAK by a customer or third party.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

  • Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by applicable law, including where: the product is unavailable; there is an error in the product description or price; we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity; an order exceeds reasonable purchasing limits; or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

  • If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide any refund required under applicable law.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice, except where prohibited by applicable law.

  • The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other disclosed charges.

  • We may use third-party payment processors. Payment information may therefore be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy policies.

6. PRE-ORDERS

  • Where a product is offered as a pre-order, the estimated shipping or delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Manufacturing, logistics, customs, transportation, supplier delays, and other circumstances may affect estimated fulfillment dates.

  • If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate the relevant information to affected customers and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We ship orders through third-party logistics and shipping providers.

  • Once an order has been transferred to the applicable carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  • International customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, customs, tax, and product regulations in their destination country.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Nothing in our policies limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

  • To request a return, refund, or replacement, customers may be required to provide reasonable evidence of the issue, which may include photographs or videos of the product and its packaging.

  • Products returned without authorization, where authorization is legally required, or products that have been materially damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • A product may be considered damaged or defective where the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged in a manner covered by our applicable warranty or return policy.

  • Damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, modification, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to our instructions may not be covered, subject to mandatory legal rights.

  • Where appropriate, our remedy may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. PRODUCT MODIFICATION

  • You must not modify, disassemble, alter, or attempt to repair SNUPAK in a manner that could compromise its structural integrity, magnetic components, closure mechanism, or safety.

  • Any unauthorized modification is performed at the user's own risk and may affect eligibility for any voluntary warranty or replacement program, subject to applicable law.

11. MAGNETS

  • SNUPAK may contain magnets.

  • Keep the product away from items that may be affected by magnets and follow any applicable warnings or instructions supplied with the product.

  • SNUPAK is not responsible for damage to third-party devices, cards, magnetic storage media, medical devices, or other objects resulting from improper use or storage of the product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNUPAK and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, possession, or use of the product.

  • This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or damage to third-party property.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for certain consumer rights, personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that applicable law requires us to retain.

13. USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You agree to use SNUPAK responsibly and in accordance with: these Terms & Conditions; any instructions supplied with the product; applicable laws and regulations; and any applicable safety instructions.

  • You are responsible for your own use of the product and for anything you place inside it.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNUPAK, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from: your unlawful or unauthorized use of the product; your misuse or modification of the product; items you place inside the product; your violation of these Terms & Conditions; or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

  • This section does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim results from SNUPAK's own liability that cannot legally be transferred to the customer.
